By engaging The Greenup Entertainment Group for your event you agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions
1. The DJ will require a table approx 1200mm long to be supplied by the venue close to a power point
2. A car park must be made available for the DJ to park his vehicle for the entirety of the booking including 1 hour each side of the booking for loading and unloading. If a free car park cannot be provided the cost of parking whether on the street or in a car park will be bourn by the client
3. Each booking will require a $100 deposit and only once the booking form and deposit are received will a booking and date be confirmed
4. Because most bookings pass across a meal break for our DJ’s and MC’s we respectfully request a meal be provided and access to water and/or soft drinks free of charge during the entirety of the booking. The deposit will be non-refundable within 2 weeks of the event. Please ensure you organise inclement weather insurance be it for smoke, rain, hail, snow, major wind or any other disruptive event that will stop the event going ahead.
If the event does not go ahead for a major family or medical emergency please ring us and allow us to work through the situation with you.
we may be able to postpone and re book the event on a different date.
It is also advised that for large events in schools, churches or for corporate functions a PLAN B or an indoor venue be organised so the event can still go ahead.
